Terms of use
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the Not On My Shift iPhone game (the "Game"). By downloading or using the Game you accept them. The Game is licensed through the App Store under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); this page supplements that agreement and does not replace it. Where they conflict, Apple's agreement applies.
Licence
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Game's code, art or text, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
In-game money and progress
The money, companies, floors, branches and every other value in the Game exist only inside the Game. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or anything else, sold or transferred. Progress is stored only on your device; deleting the app or losing the device erases it permanently.
In-app purchases
The Game offers two optional one-time purchases. Private banking lets you take bank aid (quick loan and cash advance) without watching an ad; waiting times stay the same, and doubling your earnings on return still requires an ad. The Holding collection adds tower designs, signs and sectors; it gives no extra income. Purchases are sold and refunded by Apple under its terms, are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on another device from Main menu → Shop → Restore purchases. Everything bought is digital content inside the Game and has no real-world value.
Changes to the Game
The Game may change through updates: balance, content and features can be added, changed or removed.
Liability
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, there is no guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or free of errors, and no liability is accepted for lost progress or indirect damages. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page with its update date; continuing to use the Game after an update means you accept the new terms.
